What is your payment process?
We require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before travel. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and online payments. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required at time of booking.
Can I modify my itinerary after booking?
Yes, we understand that plans can change. We’re happy to modify your itinerary subject to availability. Changes made more than 30 days before travel typically incur no additional fees, while later changes may be subject to supplier policies.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation policies. Generally, cancellations made 30+ days before travel receive a full refund, 15-29 days receive 50% refund, and within 14 days are subject to specific terms based on supplier policies. We recommend travel insurance for unexpected circumstances.
Do you provide visa assistance?
While we don’t process visas directly, we provide comprehensive guidance on visa requirements for Sri Lanka and can connect you with reliable visa processing services. Most nationalities can obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) online before arrival.
What transportation options do you offer?
We offer various transportation options including private cars with drivers, minivans for small groups, and luxury vehicles. We can also arrange domestic flights, train journeys (including the famous Kandy to Ella route), and chauffeur services.

What is the best time to visit Sri Lanka?
